  7. The purpose of NEW194.PRG is to allow those who already own a copy of LIB193
  8. to upgrade without having to download the WHOLE THING. The file NEW194.PRG 
  9. contains all functions and procedures that are new or modified in Version 1.94
  10. of the DUFLP Library from Version 1.93. The file itself contains a description
  11. if where these routines belong. The file (attached) called WHATS.NEW contains
  12. a brief description of the actual routines, although it's not all the info that
  13. is contained in README.TXT in the library. However, the file README.TXT can be
  14. downloaded as: TOC194.ZIP in the DBASE forum on CIS, or the USSBBS.
